We read everything

Found a bug, have a feature request, or want Pro early access? Send a message below — it goes straight to the people who build DesignMode24, not a support queue in another timezone.

What to include: which tool you were using, your browser (Chrome, Safari…), and what you expected vs. what happened. Screenshots help, but the before/after sizes the tool shows are usually enough.

Other ways to reach us

• Bug reports: use the form above — fastest route to a fix.
• Feature ideas: same form. Batch compression and MP4 output are already the most-requested; add your vote.
• Business / press: mention it in the subject line and we’ll prioritize it.

We aim to reply within two business days. DesignMode24 is a small team, so “we” might literally be one person with coffee — but every message gets an answer.
